Once a 19th Century prison. The Protea Breakwater Lodge provides comfortable, inexpensive accommodation in a spectacular setting that overlooks the harbour & Table Mountain. Located approx 1 km from Cape Town within easy reach of main routes to beaches, mountain walks and city nightspots. Hotel was built in 1991, there are a total of 291 rooms, 3 floors spread over 3 buildings. All rooms are fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom.

Come arrivare

Directions by Road between Cape Town International Airport and the hotel:- Take N2 from Airport to Town, The N2 & N1 meet up at this point. Carry on straight over Traffic Lights passing the Holiday Inn Hotel. At next set of Traffic Lights turn right into Western Boulevard. Take right hand land that leads to a small set of Traffic Lights leading into Portswood Road. Turn right into Portswood Road. Breakwater Lodge entrance is 3rd on the right.
